Most AirBnb photography focuses purely on documenting rooms.My approach is different.

I photograph short stay properties with a more editorial mindset, focusing not only on the layout of the space, but also the atmosphere, light, textures and overall guest experience. The goal is to create imagery that feels aspirational, inviting and aligned with the quality of your accommodation.

Every property is approached individually depending on its architecture, styling, natural light and surrounding environment. Rather than rushing through a fixed shot list, I capture a broad range of compositions and orientations throughout the session, then provide a curated proof gallery for final image selection and retouching.

This ensures your final delivered gallery contains only the strongest images for your listing and marketing.

For larger lifestyle properties, rural stays and premium accommodation, aerial photography can also be incorporated to showcase the landscape, setting and overall experience beyond the interior itself.

  • I offer mainly interior and property photography for AirBnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, but also for your own website. I can consult on your marketing and website approach and even can go as far as production curation for lifestyle shoots with talent.

  • I can do basic walk through videos, captured in 4k on a gimbal stabilised camera. This is P.O.A as the scope can vary wildly.

  • The pricing I offer starts at $590inc GST with attractive off season discounts in June, through August.

  • My approach is more editorial, think architecture magazine, Home Beautiful etc. I am more precise and thoughtful than most photographers giving you compositions that stand out in searches that will yield you higher rental rates and fees. I also hand edit my own photos, not sent overseas for a $1 each or by using AI.

    I also do capture more image than needed first, then proofed by you, then edited. There is more workflow and communication needed all in an effort to offer the highest standards for your property.

  • Yes, I am open to trading services for a similar value to what you charge as a host. This is especially valuable to you if you have a lifestyle or regional property. It also enables me to capture dusk or sunrise photography.

  • The time spent on site can vary from 60 minutes to several hours depending on the size of the package and property. The proofs are delivered next day at latest and after your selections for edit are done, a few days after that. Peak times it may vary.

  • The process is simple, you enter your details and outcome you need in the webform below. I come back with a quote, you click accept and you are booked in instantly. Payments are all managed online and securely. An invoice is provided. A small booking fee is paid upfront and you can pay the balance on shoot day.

  • I can service anywhere I can drive to, I have even done shoots interstate and can fly if needed. Travel is charged at cost and by car is by ATO tax rate of 0.88c p/km over 30km from home.
