Steph & Alex’s Melbourne Engagement Session

Welcome to the engagement session of Steph and Alex. They later got married at Ballara Receptions in Eltham many months after this photo session, simply so they could announce their engagement, put out some invites with their photo on it and also to give me a test drive as their photographer. We started off in the Treasury Gardens and snaked our way under the Treasury Building (one of my favourite secret spots), across to the giant coloured artwork at the entrance to Parliament station. While we were there, we had to do the quintessential shot atop the stairs of Parliament House. Steph and Alex actually live in the CDB, so we could stop into their house to have a quick shot with their super friendly cat. We then followed the light to Chinatown, all the way to South Melbourne via the Flinders Street Station, past the Arts Centre and ending up at the Australian Centre of Contemporary Art for a stellar sunset.
