The difference between an Elopement and a wedding, it is more of an intimate marriage union that can be as small as having two witnesses and not structured like a traditional wedding with a full reception, wedding party or by having a celebration on a different date or location.

How many elopements I have photographed is into the hundreds by now, as I was an early adopter to the concept of smaller wedding packages post Covid19 lockdowns. It is not uncommon for me to do 2-3 per week during peak times, I don’t post all of them all as many want to keep it a secret.

I have photographed enough Elopements and Microweddings to know that two hours is the minimum to tell the story fully. I capture the essence of the day before your get there, the guests gathering and long enough to capture stunning photos with your spouse around the area or at your hotel.

Yes of course you can view full elopement galleries, I often send ones with a similar length of coverage and similar times of year so you get the best sense of the result you may have on your day.

Yes I can help with location suggestions and permits, I know the Melbourne CBD quite well, especially in the East End near the Treasury Building. I am also familiar with all the places that require permits or permission. I can be your guide on the day which works best for that time of day and year.

Yes I can help plan your timeline, even on a two hour package, I will make sure you will get the best use out of me and the light we have based around your ceremony time. For garden elopements where you can set your time of choice, you are welcome to consult me on how to best plan it.

The turnaround time on your sneak peek photos is usually the next business day. I have been known to do same day when you have an early morning ceremony on a few occasions. The turnaround on the full gallery is 3 weeks for short/small elopements, 4 weeks for longer/larger elopements and microweddings

Yes I do travel for Elopements and Microweddings, I often see them at private houses or accommodations in regional or coastal Victoria. Yarra Valley is included due to my proximity, but I often travel to north, central and western Victoria. Depending on distance there is a small travel fee on top of the service charge.

Costs for Elopement and Microwedding starts from $1900inc GST with a reduction of $300 on Mondays to Thursdays and June to August Dates. While some elopements can be only two hours of coverage, anything beyond 4 hours will need to look at my full service packages
