Stevie & Jimmy’s Mt Duneed Estate Wedding

Wedding bridal party spraying a champagne bottle amongst the olive grove at Mt Duneed Estate Waurn Ponds

Stevie and Jimmy’s wedding was a perfect blend of two cultures coming together in a beautifully connective and energetic way. These two have known each other for a long time, and you can see the passion has never wavered. Jimmy is a true romantic at heart by flying to New Zealand to ask Stevie’s father for her hand in marriage and also taking the time the learn the history and language of the Maori people. Thanks Jimmy, making all the other blokes look bad!

The AirBnb in Barwon Heads was a standout location for Stevie to get ready, ultra modern and full of light. This place is must stay in that area. Follow this link to book.

Mt Duneed Estate was a perfect setting situated in the heart of Victoria's picturesque countryside not far from Geelong, Mt Duneed Estate offered a truly enchanting backdrop the outdoor ceremony amongst the olive grove. The sprawling estate spans over 100 acres and is surrounded by rolling hills, lush vineyards, and magnificent gardens. This idyllic setting creates a serene and romantic ambiance, transporting guests to a world of refined luxury in their beautifully decorated reception hall that can seat up to 350 guests with a 10x10m dancefloor for when the tunes kick in. Stevie & Jimmy went as far as having a custom mural chalked onto the blackboard and ran the wedding party table across the front of the barrels stacked sky high. A green neon completed the pizzaz.

The party kicked off with some wild Macedonian dancing that was just pure fire. All the guests got in on the action and I got dizzy from the ducking and weaving amongst all the dancing circles that developed.
