Georgia & Jacob’s Greek Orthodox Melbourne Wedding

The oh so adorable Georgia and Jacob put together their 170 plus person wedding affair in just four months, with a wedding party of epic proportions that ended in wild greek dancing until all hours. Georgia’s father Savv absolutely lit up the dance floor and took point on nearly every traditional song. I just loved the energy the family had.

Georgia and Jacob actually met way back in primary school, and they have had an incredible bond ever since, hanging out at school camps, their families meeting up and later in life after high school, moving in together with their two fur babies Alfie and Ginger. The wedding made it official as you can get, by having a traditional Orthodox ceremony at Saints Raphael, Nicholas & Irene Bentleigh, photos at a bustling Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum dodging other couples, car enthusiasts at a nearby car show and even protests. What a day to remember!
